No, there won’t be. FW 4.0.2/3.2.2 was *only* released to fix the jailbreakme hole. With FW 4.1 still in its beta stages, it makes no sense to escalate the “cat & mouse” with Apple for FW updates that only fix the jailbreak holes. To quote WOPR, “the only winning move is not to play”.Dev Team just wanted to tell users who updated to the latest iOS firmware and are stuck without a jailbreak, "don’t expect a jailbreak for iOS 4.0.2 / 3.2.2"
If the cat & mouse game escalates too quickly, especially during beta FW periods, nobody but Apple benefits. For this reason, there won’t be a 4.0.2/3.2.2 jailbreak specifically during the period where 4.0.2/3.2.2 is the latest public release. At best, some future 4.1x FW jailbreak *may* be compatible with 4.0.2/3.2.2 (but don’t count on that).
iOS 4.1 is still in beta, so they can't decide if they can jailbreak iOS 4.1 or it still not jailbroken. So we have to wait till iOS 4.1 released on September, can it be announced in Apple's special event on September 1st? or it's a musical event to announced iPod Touch 4G and iTV.
You can expect a jailbreak to be available after Apple pushes iOS 4.1 to public, You will be able to jailbreak with JailbreakMe again if you have your iOS 4.0.1 SHSH blobs saved, or you will have to wait longer!
In meantime we have guides for jailbreaking and unlocking your devices, If you are on iPhone 3G or iPod Touch 2G, you can use the guide posted here to jailbreak using Redsn0w on iOS 4.0.2 or older. For iPhone 3GS stuck on iOS 4.0.2, you can just use the guide posted here to jailbreak iPhone 3GS old bootroms with PwnageTool either use JailbreakMe guide posted here to jailbreak older firmwares. For iPad users, there's no jailbreak for iOS 3.2.2, just use Jailbreak guide posted here to jailbreak iPad on iOS 3.2.1. Simply, unlock all devices using Ultrasn0w 1.0-1.
