Twitter is Testing a new Feature "You both Follow"

If you are a Facebook user, You may know that when you enter a Profile of your Friend you can see "Mutual Friends" Feature at the Left, Now Twitter is adding Something like that but it Still Under Test. Today Nick Kallen a Twitter Engineer has posted a tweet saying that they are testing a new Feature "You Both Follow" and it's only available for 10% of people.

We're testing the "You both follow" feature (in the profile sidebar). Only 10% of people have it for now.

This feature is providing you information about the Common people between you and the person you are following and this will be useful, Also Marcel Molina tweeted that he had formed a new team with @nk to build rapid prototypes. This Indicates that they are going to release more and more features. [via Techcrunch]

AT&T Enabling iPhone Tethering With iPhone OS 4

Last Month AT&T internet tethering was found in iPhone OS 4.0 beta 4 But Now It's Official, iPhone Tethering With AT&T Coming With iPhone OS 4 in the United States this summer after Apple releases the iPhone OS 4 Final Version, It offers tethering as a $20 per month add-on.

From AT&T press release:

Smartphone customers – including iPhone customers – who choose the DataPro plan have the option to add tethering for an additional $20 per month. Tethering lets customers use their smartphones as a modem to provide a broadband connection for laptop computers, netbooks or other computing devices. Tethering for iPhones will be available when Apple releases iPhone OS 4 this summer.

For existing iPhone Customers, they will switch to new $25/month 2GB plan from the current $30/month unlimited data plan. So if you don’t want tethering, you can keep $30/month for unlimited data but in order to get tethering your data plan rate will increase to $45/month ($25 + $20) with a 2GB data cap.

Customers can pick the new data plan that best meets their needs ? either a $15 per month entry plan or a $25 per month plan with 10 times more data. Current smartphone customers are not required to switch to the new plans, but can choose to do so without a contract extension.

Apple is Expected to Unveils the next iPhone at the WWDC2010 on June 7.  Also iPhone OS 4 is expected to be Released at the Same event to Works on iPhone 4G. [via iPhoneheat, 9to5mac]

Google to Release Chrom OS for Computer in the "late fall"

Google is seeking to Challenge Microsoft's Windows by Releasing a New OS which is Called "Chrome OS" and the Amazing thing that it's Open Source OS for Developers to work on. The Chrome OS is developed to work on Laptops.

Sundar Pichai, Google's Master of the Chrome project told reporters at the Computex PC show the following:

We will be selective on how we come to market because we want to deliver a great user experience,
We're thinking on both the hardware and software levels.

The Chrome operating system will be centred around the web browser, with all software including high-end applications such as those used in photo and video editing housed in external servers known as a cloud. [via iClarfied]

Customize Your Google Homepage As you want

Yes, That's Amazing Google has added "Freeze Frame" Feature to Allow you to Customize Google Homepage as you want, It lets you add the Picture you want to be as your Background for Google Homepage.

You can Upload the Image either from your Computer or from Picasa Web Albums

iPhone OS 4 New Feature: Flashlight Mode [Video]

If you try to push the power/sleep button for three times in a row on the lockscreen in the OS 4, the iPhone goes right into flashlight mode and will show you a White or Bright Screen, Hey I'm not sure if it's Feature or Bug but I hope it would be a Feature.
